Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will consider returns or exchanges if:

  • The arrangement arrives damaged or in poor condition
  • The product received does not match the description or images provided
  • There was an error in your order that was our responsibility
  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup

Non-Returnable Items: Custom arrangements, personalized products, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via phone or email
  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue
  3. If applicable, provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
  4. Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Approved returns may be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund amounts will be based on the specific circumstances of your return:

  • Full refund: For damaged items, incorrect orders, or our errors
  • Partial refund: May apply in certain circumstances as determined by our team
  • No refund: For items that do not meet return eligibility criteria

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated during the return process.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. Custom arrangements cannot be exchanged.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are prepared for delivery. Once an order is in production, cancellation may not be possible. For same-day orders, cancellations must be requested immediately after placing the order. We will confirm cancellation availability and process any applicable refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your floral arrangement arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement arrangement or providing a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
